These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at recipeforhappiness.org (the "Site"), operated by Sherita and David Samuels ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

• Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are in US Dollars. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer free shipping within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact us at sherita@recipeforhappiness.org to initiate a return or exchange.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, designs, the "Recipe for Happiness" name, the recipe concept, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the property of Sherita and David Samuels and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Recipe for Happiness brand name and logo
• T-shirt designs and artwork
